Crescent Beach is a small community on Anastasia Island, 15 minutes south of downtown St. Augustine, Florida. In addition to being in Historic St. Augustine (founded in 1565), the location is ideal for surf fishing, wind surfing, deep sea fishing on the adjacent national seashore or for visits to the Fort Matanzas National Monument, numerous area golf courses, as well as, short day trips to Walt Disney World, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios, Universal Studios, the Kennedy Space Center.

Our condos are privately owned and located in the Summerhouse community. They are each have 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath and can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The beach is just steps away from your door. All of the units have ocean views. We love kids (but no pets please).

Spring (04/18/09 - 5/30/09): $800 wk - $150 daily

Summer (05/31/09 - 8/15/09): $1100 wk - $185 daily

Fall (08/16/09 - 12/31/09): $700 wk - $135 daily

Winter (01/01/10 - 4/17/10) $900 wk - $160 daily

Monthly Winter rates $2200 - 3 day minimum stay

An $85.00 departure cleaning fee and 9% vacation tax is added to all rates.

A deposit / security fee will be collected when reservation is made to hold dates.
